Mobile Home Park Acquisition – 1½ Hours from Columbia, SC
This 16-space mobile home park was underperforming when we took over management. After renovating the homes and attracting new tenants, the property’s performance significantly improved. We held the property for 3 years, ultimately selling it to an out-of-state buyer. Investors received a 6% return on this investment.
Mixed Property Portfolio – 1½ Hours from Columbia, SC
In the same area, we acquired a portfolio consisting of 1 single-family home, 5 mobile homes, and a warehouse. This investment was held for 2 years, providing investors with a 7% return.
20-Acre Mobile Home Community – 45 Minutes from Columbia, SC
This 20-acre community, which included 17 mobile homes, was only 40% occupied when we took over. After significant renovations and strict management, we increased occupancy to 100%. We held the property for 2½ years before selling it to out-of-state buyers.
Mobile Home Community – 1 Hour 40 Minutes from Columbia, SC
This mobile home community, consisting of 17 units, was under-rented and in poor condition when we acquired it. Through property cleanup and rent increases, we were able to double its revenue. The property was held for 2 years before being sold to an out-of-state company, providing investors with an 8% return.
Downtown Lexington Investment
In downtown Lexington, we acquired 2 stick-built homes and 3 mobile homes, which we held for 3 years. Investors received an 8% return on this portfolio.
